Shipping & Returns Policy
ALL SHIPMENTSOnce an order is shipped, we are unable to redirect the package to a different address and it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping company to resolve any issues related to that matter.
- Shipping will typically take 2-5 business days for domestic orders (US and Canada) and 2 weeks or less for international orders. Once an order is shipped from our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping courier, and they are responsible for any additional delays (besides customs, which is the responsibility of the import country)
- After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our warehouse.
- Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
- Orders placed after Friday at 5pm EST (or over the weekend) will begin processing on the following Monday.
- Dealers and customers that order from outside of the United States are responsible for paying any VAT taxes or duties involved with the import of the product.
FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING (U.S.A. and Canada)ValsTech, Inc. currently offers free ground shipping on all US and Canadian orders. Most domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s progress.
EXPEDITED SHIPPINGValsTech offers multiple expedited shipping options for customers that are limited on time. Several options for shipping are available at checkout. For addition details, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event that a postal courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, ValsTech, Inc. is not responsible for additional fees charged by the courier. Similarly, ValsTech is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery, and those costs are non-refundable.
SERVICE DELAYSValsTech, Inc. is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.
In order to request a return, the customer is required to send an e-mail to email@example.com to receive an RMA Number. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all items that are accepted as returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Your returned item must have an accompanying tracking number.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

GiftsIf the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
