two internal UR Pro filters inside the housing which are accessed from
the lever on the front. One is Magenta, the other is Red. Depending on
the type of water you are shooting in (depth, distance, lighting and
visibility), you will have different results with your supplied filters.
Under normal conditions, we find it best to use the Magenta filter once
under the water's surface. The Magenta filter also works well in pools
and lakes. When you start to get deeper than 15-20 feet, the Red filter
works best. Your phone's screen is a good indicator as to which filter to
use depending on your current situation.

There are two 1/4-20 threads on the top and bottom of the housing. You can mount a LenzO on our grip/light tray or mount a wide variety of third party lights and diving accessories onto the housing itself. You can even mount your GoPro on your LenzO! Go out there and get creative!
That depends on multiple factors. Shipping will typically take 2-5 business days for domestic orders (US and Canada) and 2 weeks or less for international orders. First, however, it must clear credit card detection, which takes 1-2 days.
Every LenzO housing can only fit the model of iPhone that it is named after. The LenzO for iPhone 7 is perfectly compatible with the iPhone 8 (so its name has been changed to the LenzO for iPhone 7/8) and the LenzO for iPhone 7 Plus is perfectly compatible with the iPhone 8 Plus (its name has changed to the LenzO for iPhone 7 Plus/8 Plus). If you have a LenzO for iPhone 6/6s or a LenzO for iPhone 6 Plus, you can purchase a conversion kit that will convert your housing into one that is compatible with both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 or iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus, depending on the model. Our Plus housings cannot convert to standard housings and vice versa.
Yes, you can! You can select from multiple shipping options during your purchase. Just to be safe, we recommend that you send us a message through our website to specify the date before which you need to receive the housing. Even priority orders will need to clear fraud detection, which takes 1-2 days.
Not to worry! Some orders will get flagged if they are international or if the customer orders from a sizeable distance away from their billing address. We will send you a message that asks for additional information to validate your identity and the purchase.
In order to request a
return, just send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA Number. No unauthorized returns will be
accepted. Once you receive the RMA Number, you'll be asked to ship the housing
